Deluxe Shea Butter® Nana Adubea Yeboah II Kente cloth

Ye Daasi! (We Thank You!)

December 24, 2014

Dear Valued Customers,

As the year draws to an end we at Deluxe Shea Butter want to take the opportunity to thank each and every one of you for your continued support and loyalty.

2014 saw significant increase in demand for our shea butter within Australia and international markets mainly due to increased awareness of the product’s benefits and varied applications. We want to thank all customers and stakeholders who directly or indirectly contributed to this in some form either by providing product reviews, advertisement by word of mouth, market promotions etc.

As 2015 approaches we want to assure customers of our continued commitment to customer service and product quality. We will continue to strive to exceed customer expectations and encourage feedback whether positive or negative as it gives us an opportunity to improve the business going forward. We plan to introduce new product lines in 2015 based on customer feedback so please keep the feedback coming!

Last but certainly not least we wish to acknowledge and express our greatest gratitude to our dearest mother Nana Adubea Yeboah II who sadly passed away suddenly in December of this year.

Nana Adubea Yeboah II was the Traditional Chief of Aduamua in Kwahu, Ghana and the Managing Director for Deluxe Shea Butter Ghana Ltd where she overlooked all production efforts in Ghana and logistical operations from Ghana to Australia and indeed worldwide. She was the silent force behind us, our mentor, the person who came up with the very idea of bringing the benefits of shea butter and its associated products to the world and she will be greatly missed!

In her memory, we will be launching a shelter for disadvantaged women and children in Aduamua within Kwahu, Ghana where a percentage of all business sales from 2015 onwards will go towards setup and management of the shelter. Nana Adubea Yeboah II was very passionate about protecting the disadvantaged in society in particular abused women, teenage girls who experience unforeseen pregnancy and become social outcasts and orphans who have no one to look after them. With God’s grace we hope to have the shelter up and running by end of 2015 to realise her vision and continue the work she used to do.

From all of us at Deluxe Shea Butter incorporating Australia and Ghana we thank you for your business.

We wish everyone a very Merry Christmas and a safe prosperous Happy New Year!
